The HFX beauty lounge has always believed in rewarding the regular customer. We do take pride in their patronage and no customer is ever too big or small to avail of the benefits we have for them. For instance, during the Christmas and New year week, we had a lucky basket for the customers. Each and every customer who came in to do a service, was allowed to pull out a gift from the box, so we had customers going away with beaming smiles with a gift voucher from a popular store or a hair maintenance kit or even a evening shirt. Not to forget the tiny tots, who are also a regular with us, we had gift vouchers of joy rides at FANTASY LAND for them.It is and always be our endeavour to see that we put many more smiles in the faces of our clients.

HOW DOES THE LOYALTY PROGRAMME WORK?

By now it is clear that HFX Beauty Lounge believes in rewarding their clients. How do we do that? We have formulated a special points system for them, by which, if they have been with us for over four months, they are automatically approved for our silver card. Upon further partronage and billings, they automatically become preapproved for the gold card. Onward and forward they move on to the platinium card, by which time, they would have had garnered enough points to be a part of the every growing HFX chain of salons, whereby, they are invited to in house events, parties with our tie up concerns and many special benefits allotted only to the platinium holder.The growth is unlimited, and the rewards many, so it would only be fair to say…BE A PART OF HFX AND FLY HIGH!
